Clinical testing and User perception trials took place in the USA and UK respectively; and was monitored by an independent testing lab. The participants’ ages ranged from 35-52 with varied skin concerns and skin tones as per the Fitzpatrick scale 1-6.

 

Safety testing was performed in-vitro at a different lab in the USA. This test utilises artificial human tissue (micro-tissue) to determine the skin irritation potential of our products, making us 100% animal cruelty free.

 

Initial In-vitro testing for skin irritation on new formulations are conducted in the UK through some of our ingredient suppliers in the UK

Based on an 8 week clinical test study of 12 participants aged between 35 and 49, female, skin Fitzpatrick scales 1-6, with different types of hyperpigmentation on their face.
